About RayBroo Metanona Foundation
The RayBroo Metanona Foundation (RayBrooM) was established in July, 2024 by the visionary Dr. N Ray Rose in the heart of Robertsganj, Sonbhadra District, Uttar Pradesh. Driven by a deep-seated commitment to social justice and community upliftment, Dr. Rose founded RayBrooM with the aim of addressing critical issues faced by marginalized and underserved populations, both locally and globally. Since its inception, RayBrooM has been a guiding light for those in need, particularly the poor and disadvantaged. The foundation is dedicated to a wide array of activities, including education, healthcare, environmental conservation, disaster relief, poverty relief, support for sex workers, transgenders and marginalized communities, and social welfare. A cornerstone of the foundation’s mission is its unwavering support for the poor in every sector, providing essential resources and opportunities to help them break free from the cycle of poverty.

Leadership Team
Chairperson: Dr. N Ray Rose
As the Founder, Dr Ray Rose N will serve as the Chairperson, responsible for presiding over all meetings,
providing leadership, and ensuring that the trust's objectives are met.
Secretary Mr. Robert Broose N
Mr. Robert Broose N will oversee all administrative functions of the trust, including maintaining records,
organizing meetings, and ensuring proper communication within the organization. He will also assist the
Chairperson and assume leadership duties in his absence as Vice Chairperson.
Treasurer: Ms. Athesaya D
Ms. Athesaya D will manage the financial affairs of the trust, including budgeting, financial reporting, and
maintaining accurate financial records. She will ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
Executive Director: Mr. B A Menon
Mr. B A Menon leads the day-to-day operations of RayBrooM as the Executive Director. His extensive experience in project management and his commitment to the trust's mission ensure that programs are executed effectively, meeting both short- and long-term goals.
Fundraising Officer: Ms. Santoshi Bhatta Mishra
As the Fundraising Officer, Ms. Santoshi Bhatta Mishra is instrumental in mobilizing resources to support the trust’s projects. She cultivates relationships with donors, partners, and other key stakeholders, driving the financial growth necessary for RayBrooM’s continued success and expansion.
